Tariq Zaka is a Houston-based real estate developer, builder, and commercial finance professional with more than 40 years of experience in construction, real estate development, and investment. Since moving to the United States in 1988, he has been actively involved in residential and commercial real estate projects, bringing together expertise in construction management, development planning, and project financing.
Throughout his career, Tariq has worked on a wide range of projects including residential communities, multifamily developments, retail centers, hospitality projects, and mixed-use developments. His experience spans the full lifecycle of real estate projects—from land acquisition and feasibility analysis to design coordination, construction oversight, and capital structuring.

Ahmad Nassar
Ahmad Nassar is a Mechanical Engineer with over 15 years of hands-on experience across all phases of construction, known for his strong focus on quality control, project management, and execution excellence. His background spans both commercial and residential developments, delivered through traditional and design-build project methods.
Ahmad has extensive experience with tilt-wall construction, underground and site infrastructure, prefabricated building systems, and complex construction scheduling and coordination. He leads projects from early planning and permitting preparation through construction sequencing, inspections, and final handover, ensuring every phase meets technical requirements, regulatory standards, and client expectations.
With an engineering-driven approach, Ahmad emphasizes precision, accountability, and efficiency, bridging the gap between design intent and field execution. He is highly effective at coordinating engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and inspectors, maintaining clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
